Shipping time: Estimated shipping times are approximately 3-12 business days for Standard Express and 1-5 business days for Special Delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived: There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause delays in shipping. While most packages will arrive on time, our carriers may experience circumstances and delays. Therefore, please contact us if the shipping time exceeds the estimated number of days. We will reschedule your shipment or refund you.
Shipping costs: Free shipping is available to members who join us.
Lost or damaged goods
We are not responsible for damage or loss of goods after they have been handed over to the post office or courier. If an order is lost in transit, please notify us immediately and we will be more than happy to help you contact the shipping company.
