Return conditions
Product return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment and all products must be returned in their original condition, including all components and accessories.
Refunds
For refunds due to the customer’s subjective factors, the customer is required to send back the goods after receiving them. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. We will arrange the refund within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, if the refund is overdue, you can contact our customer service center and we will help you to check the processing (the exact time of the refund depends on your payment method, please wait patiently and don’t be in a hurry).
Out of Stock Items
While we do our best to keep all listed items in stock, occasionally certain items may sell out. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you an update as soon as possible.
